Moonlight
Splashing through the doorway
Envelopes frames
Heart of the Universe
In seconds
there came
from the mouth
the word - "mesh"
Hanging onto the
vines that
choked
television reception
Moisture (despite
the summer
night)
collected in
a cup
Drink the breath
of your
comrade
She let a sigh escape
In the grip
of an
eye-stinging
dawn
the vines
protect
She's going south
to find
some
blind lover
The ocean is
still cold down
there
in spite of the
hot furvor for
snakes and
christ
